Rap Star Lil' Kim ,who justed serving a year-and-a-day sentence for perjury, insists her conviction was caused by friends who betrayed her.
"A lot of people let me down," Lil' Kim, whose real name is Kimberley Jones, told Newsweek. "A lot of people I thought were my friends turned on me."
The bodacious 4-foot-11 rapper was convicted of lying about a 2001 shootout between her posse and that of rap rival Foxy Brown in front of the studio of radio station Hot 97 in lower Manhattan.
