Tom Fords original vision for the Vanity Fair cover shot was a threesome of young actresses. According to Tom, Rachel McAdams, 29, "did want to do it, and then when she was on the set I think she felt uncomfortable, and I didn't want to make anybody feel uncomfortable."
Scarlett Johansson, 21, and Oscar nominee Keira Knightley, 20, were quite happy to get naked, sorry I mean nude for the cover shoot.
