Olsen Twins Breaking Non-Smoking Rules

I found an Australian music writer's name dropping rant about his night out in Los Angeles. He says he saw Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen breaking the municipal bilaws of the city by smoking in a booth at 'The Viper' with Christian Slater.

If I confused anyone, I'm sorry, it's the smoking part that's against the law. Sitting with Christian Slater is still legal in most states, but it is kinda icky.
